The implementation of Frameworks follows a tried and tested process that’s primary aim is to minimise disruption and facilitate a solid base to ongoing business improvement.
We work with you to setup Frameworks leveraging off standard configurations that are tried and tested across the various supported industries.
We provide you simple spreadsheet tools that enable you to sort your existing data in the appropriate format for easy import into Frameworks, then we take it from there, configuring your data as needed and ensuring your system operates smoothly.
Training and Education
Once your system is up and running, we provide the initial training and on-site support you need to ensure a smooth transition from old to new during those critical first few days of live operations.
From there we move into an ongoing support model. An important component of this is training.
As your business evolves and your people change, to help you to ensure you maximise your software investment and stay current with your ERP application, we offer a variety of training and education methods and tools. These include:
