The Sterland you know today came about due to our drive to innovate and find a better way to do things. Originally Sterland Brothers Timber Supplies, we are a wholly Australian owned and operated business.

Since then, we’ve evolved into an organization that now serves the industry creating for well over 25 years powerful and effective software tools. Frameworks represents the latest in our software evolution that builds upon the legacy of the prior Stix and ProStix solutions to delivery a functionally rich and uniquely intuitive software application for today’s business needs.

Prior to working at Sterland he pent 4 year at Progress Software as Director of Professional Services Asia Pacific and prior to that in various management and technology roles.

Mark's role involves everything to do with all current customers & all new sales. He is responsible for developing new business & the account management of the customer base. Prior to working at Sterland he spent 12 years at Swan Plumbing Supplies (Sterland Customer) in a range of roles. He has worked in the Trade Supplies industry for over 20 years.

As Product Manager Chris is responsible for delivering products that our customers love. He is involved in the day to day design and planning of Frameworks and it's associated systems. Prior to working at Sterland he worked in a timber and hardware business for 10 years with tasks ranging from system administration to finance; even working in the machining shed or timber yard when required.

As Support Manager Noureen is responsible to oversee all support and maintenance activities to ensure customers are receiving quality support and enabling our customers to do their day-to-day business operations using our product effectively. This includes management of support system, customer support policies and procedures for staff to adhere to, training, customer complaints management and support initiatives to improve customers satisfaction. Prior to working at Sterland, she was working as a Test/QA Manager and Service Delivery Manager with the Australian Federal Government i.e. Department of Defense and Department of Human Services.

As Product Development Manager Robin is responsible for the leadership and stewardship of development and testing teams. Prior to working at Sterland he spent 4 year at Progress Software as a Senior Solutions Consultant and practice lead where he built the Fluid framework that we use today.
