The right alternative for Gemcell

Frameworks was recently installed into a major Gemcell operation marking Sterland’s first implementation into the Electrical wholesale market space. Although out of the box Frameworks matched well the needs of this industry; Sterland has invested into Frameworks to make available several key functions that will meet the needs of the Gemcell group and the electrical wholesale market including:

  • Cable management: enabling businesses to track and sell individual lengths and full cable rolls whilst managing clear and consistent stock levels across multi-site operations.
  • Kit product: allowing a kit product to be entered on a customer order and show on the invoice as a single line but allow the exploding of the kit componentry through the linked purchase order process so that the individual componentry can be ordered.
  • Proforma Invoice: Development to allow invoices to be generated for customers as goods are taken but held in an interim stage so that they can be consolidated by customers order number before being turned into a tax invoice and posted to the customer account.
